No late registrations will be accepted

Regardless of the school(s) in which you are interested, you only need to complete this form once. This acts as a supplementary form for each of the participating schools.

In order to complete this online registration, you will need to have the following information to hand:

  • Your child's full details including name, address, date of birth. If your child will be in Year 6 in September 2018 and their date of birth is outside of the range 01/09/2007 to 31/08/2008 inclusive, please call 020 8642 3821 for further advice before commencing your registration.
  • A good quality recent (within the last year) digital photo clearly showing your child's face that you can upload. The photo file will need to be less than 2MB ( which is 2048KB ) in size. Further guidance on the photograph requirements can be viewed by clicking this link: Photograph Guidance
  • Name, address (including postcode) and headteacher of your child's current primary school.
  • The name of the local authority to which you pay your council tax.
  • Your full details.

Please note the email address you register will be the only one used by the schools for communication purposes regarding the entrance tests so it should be one you check regularly and will continue to use throughout the process. The email address, and all other details registered, will also be those used for second stage testing by those schools with second stage tests, should your child be successful in the Selective Eligibility Test.

You will then be sent an email to the address supplied confirming details of your registration. You should keep this email as your record of your registration.
